Privacy Policy

• Profile details you enter, such as your name, email address and, optionally, your church or community.
• What you share in conversations with the AI guide, typed or spoken.
• The openings you save or apply to.

Your conversations and profile are stored on your own device. To reply to you, the text or audio of a conversation is sent to third-party AI service providers, who process it on our behalf to generate a response.

When you apply to an opening, a short summary of where you are in your discernment — drawn from your conversations — is stored on our servers together with your name, email, church and the openings you applied to. The full conversation is not sent.

Only the organisations behind the openings you apply to can see that summary. Nothing is shared with an organisation until you apply to one of its openings. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

• To hold the conversation and suggest openings that fit what you share.
• To pass your application to the organisations you choose.
• To keep the service secure and working, and to improve it.

Information on your device stays until you clear it. Information shared after an application is kept until you withdraw it, which you can do at any time from History; we may also remove it when the pilot ends.

You can withdraw an application, clear your conversations, or stop using the service at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under applicable data protection law to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sharing anything you would not want another person to read.

The Calling is not intended for anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is significant we will let you know through the service.
